For the first presentation in the Energy and Environmental Economics and Policy Seminar Series of the Fall 2022 Semester, we are pleased to welcome presenters Dean Foreman, PhD, Chief Economist at the American Petroleum Institute, and Andrew Kleit, PhD, Professor of Energy and Environmental Economics in Penn State’s College of Earth and Mineral Sciences.  They will discuss cost reductions resulting from the end of the U.S. ban on crude oil exports.  Seth Blumsack, PhD, Professor of Energy and Environmental Economics and International Affairs and Co-director of Penn State’s Center for Energy Law and Policy, will serve as host for the presentation.
